St. Louis was a blast after the rain moved on. We were able to get the three rounds of qualifying in on Saterday. In
SEP we qualified 2nd with a 11.51 (11.50 index) in SE we qualified 16th with a 11.01 (10.90 index). The SE class we broke
out in the first round, running a 10.73 so we focused on the SEP class finishing in the semi finals. We have a couple
of Pro Bike events before heading to Atlanta GA. With a little luck we will make the finnals and inprove our point standings
in that class. Thank you Branden, Jess and Lauren for comming out to see me, I had a great time, thanks
to mom and dad for making the trip.

Bike information: The seasoned veteran shown above, returning from the 2007 season, is a 1999
Harley Davidson Sportster running in the AHDRA classes SEP (11.50) and SE (10.90) . We will also run this machine in the pro
bike series at Virginia Motorsports Park. This little Power House was machined and tuned by Departure Bike Works of Richmond
Va. it is a 74ci with Buell heads that have been flowed and matched to a set of Red Shift cams from Zippers Performance in
addition we added just a wee bit of nitrous and a few other little secrets.
The new bike to the team is a S&S 113ci set up on a D&G frame with the heads massaged and cams matched by Departure
Bike Works. We are going to run the SG 9.70 index class with the intention of moving up to Pro Modified in the 2009 season.
